Aerial Yoga has all the benefits of yoga along with traction of the spine and a fresh take on all your favorite poses. This practice will allow students to feel deeply grounded with the support of the silk hammock in balancing postures and float and extend more effortlessly in inversions and backbends. It’s the perfect balance of effort and ease! You will find freedom and ease in your joints and enjoy a cocooned savasana experience at the end of class.
Aerial yoga can be enjoyed by new yogis as well as seasoned practitioners.
