Into Stillness | Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Costa Rica
From chaos to stillness — this is the journey. Step back from the pace of daily life and return with grounded, embodied ways to meet life more skillfully.
About the Retreat
Life moves fast. The nervous system rarely gets a chance to land. Many of us live in a constant state of motion, stimulation, and responsibility—moving from one demand to the next without space to pause, reflect, or recalibrate.
Into Stillness is an invitation to step out of the chaos and into a more grounded, skillful way of meeting life. In a world that pulls us into constant doing, this retreat offers a deliberate pause—a chance to step back, breathe deeply, and rediscover stillness as a living practice. Stillness here is not avoidance or withdrawal; it is an active skill. One that allows clarity, resilience, and discernment to emerge, even in the midst of life’s unpredictability. Each day blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, nourishing meals, and rest, with spaciousness for adventure, connection, and reflection. Through intentional practice and supportive rhythm, participants are guided in learning how to regulate the nervous system, cultivate inner steadiness, and develop tools that carry into daily life long after the retreat ends. From chaos to stillness—this is the journey. Step back, reset, and return with new ways to meet life more skillfully. What Makes Into Stillness Different
This retreat is held as a container—one that allows the nervous system to settle, the breath to lead, and the pace to soften.
Movement is guided by awareness rather than effort. Days unfold with spaciousness, honoring rest and reflection as essential parts of the practice.
Nature is not something you look at here; it’s something you move with. The environment supports presence and regulation in quiet, consistent ways.
What you take home isn’t just the memory of a week away, but embodied ways of meeting life with more steadiness, clarity, and care.
