Swami Prem Sadasivananda is a scholar of Vedantic philosophy, meditation, and Bhakti Yoga. his teachings reflect deep spiritual insight, wisdom, and humor. He is known for his ability to translate ancient teachings into practical inspiration for daily life. This weekend is an opportunity to study with a living teacher who walks the path of love and devotion with sincerity and joy.

Is this for beginners?
Absolutely. All levels of experience are welcome here.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a journal and notebook, pens, a reusable water bottle, nourishing snacks, and layers for temperature comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
Can I receive CEUs?
Yes! CEUs are available for yoga teachers for the full weekend. The event is YA YACEP approved.
Is your studio ADA accessible?
At this time, our studio is not ADA accessible. Please reach out if you have specific needs or concerns — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
