Empower Your Life: A Positive Thinking Teaching Series
with Swami Prem Sadasivananda
March 19–22, 2026 | Thursday–Sunday
Empower Your Life is a four-day, in-person teaching rooted in the classical yogic practice of Positive Thinking as taught by Swami Sivananda—presented as a lived discipline rather than a motivational idea.
This teaching series explores how the quality of our thoughts shapes not only our inner life, but our relationships, choices, habits, and capacity to meet life with steadiness and clarity. Rather than focusing on affirmation or emotional bypass, Positive Thinking is approached here as a training of the mind—practical, compassionate, and grounded in daily experience.
Over the course of four days, participants are invited to examine the subtle patterns that influence how they respond to life, how resistance forms, and how clarity and inner authority can be cultivated over time. The teachings are simple, accessible, and meant to be applied—not just understood.
This series is designed to be returned to again and again. Each visit within the Empower Your Life arc offers a distinct doorway into the practice, while remaining rooted in the same steady foundation.
What This Teaching Includes
- Teachings on the principles and practice of Positive Thinking
- Guidance on working skillfully with mental habits and resistance
- Reflection and inquiry grounded in real-life application
- Space for integration, journaling, and quiet contemplation

Teachings are offered in a clear, grounded way—accessible to both new and returning students.
