Retreat includes yoga and meditation classes as well as a unique opportunity to earn 25 hours of continuing education through Downtown Yoga & Healing Arts.
Situated in an extraordinary part of Costa Rica, Our eco-friendly property has ocean view villas, jungle bungalows, spacious suites, rooms with high ceilings, large windows and air conditioning. This is Hermosa Point Resort in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
Hermosa Point is located in the Cerro Fresco Mountains above Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas set in a bird sanctuary.
The property has spacious suites, bungalows and a tree house. The three jungle suites are equipped with private bathrooms, high speed Internet and A/C. They are connected to our small sitting pool and the Chef's Kitchen. There are two unique Jungle Bungalows. Bungalow 1 includes a first floor with one king and 2 twin beds or 4 twin beds. On Floor two there is a set-up of 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. This bungalow has one large bathroom with two sinks and a shower with a tub. Each floor has an A/C unit and high speed internet. With a short walk across the teak wood bridge you are met with Bungalow 2. This two floor bungalow has a first floor with 1 King bed, 2 reclining chairs, a private bathroom and A/C unit. The second floor is connected with a hand-made spiral staircase. And has 1 King bed, a sofa, a private bathroom and A/C unit. Finally, our Tree House has 2 outdoor bathrooms and sits above an amazing slide pool .overlooking Jungle Land's 2.5 acres.

February 10–17, 2027 Our next Costa Rica retreat is already taking shape. The Sacred Thread is an invitation into continuity—between practice and daily life, breath and body, land and lineage. Set once again in Costa Rica, this week-long retreat weaves together yoga, meditation, surf, and spacious time to reconnect with what matters most. This will be our ninth annual Costa Rica retreat, and the thread continues—refined, intentional, and rooted in years of shared practice. |

Terms & Conditions (click to open)
Deposit & Reservation: $500 deposit required to reserve your space. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Room selection is first-come, first-served upon receipt of deposit. King/Queen pricing assumes double occupancy; single occupancy may be available at an adjusted rate.
Payment Schedule: First installment due July 31, 2026. Final balance due October 31, 2026. Excursions due January 10, 2027.
Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable. Payments made within 45 days of retreat start are non-refundable. Payments outside that window (excluding deposit) may be transferable within one calendar year, subject to availability.
Travel & Insurance: Participants are responsible for airfare, passport validity, and entry requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
