Next Session Fall 2021
OUr commitment
As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, we are very proud of our high educational standards. We have created an environment which allows for exploring rich and comprehensive yoga anatomy and philosophical material in a supportive, thoughtful, nurturing environment. Although the course is designed for yoga students to develop all the skills and growth they need to teach or bring their training into a current career, it is also ideal for those who are looking to immerse themselves in their personal yoga practice and take time for self reflection.
We use the sacred texts of yoga to discuss yoga philosophy, both to the history of yoga and yoga as it is practiced in the West today. The methodologies we use ensure that this is a well rounded, inspiring, yet practical teacher training course, allowing for both transformation and confidence building. Although there is plenty of theory in the syllabus, we use interactive teaching methods, practical yoga sessions, and group work to help you develop confidence and autonomy.
