Hatha with Kim
This traditional Hatha Yoga class will focus on breath-linked movement, learning/practicing proper (safe) alignment, and developing/growing mind-body awareness. A typical class will incorporate meditation, breathwork, strengthening movement, and both standing and seated postures. This class is suitable for all bodies, including beginners and seniors.
