Kids Aerial Play & Teens
Strengthening young minds & bodies with a blend of aerial yoga & play infused with mindfulness. There are immense benefits of each of these lessons to give kids the tools to THRIVE! Our approach allows kids to soar in aerial yoga hammocks with a playful variation of mat yoga, where we guide them to move and breathe with intention, igniting imaginations & sparking joy.
Kids 6-12
Teens 13-18
What to wear:
Comfortable close fitting clothes. Loose clothes like sweatpants get bunched into the silk and may be uncomfortable. We also recommend pants and not shorts to avoid fabric burns. Remove jewelry. Bring a water bottle.
Waitlist
We recommend you reserve a spot on our waitlist if the class is already full. Spots often open. If a spot becomes available you will be added to the class and will be notified via email. Class policy follows thereafter, if you are unable to attend after being added to the class from the waitlist, you must cancel on MindBody or will forfeit your registration fee. Please see our cancelation policy below.
Our cancellation policy for aerial yoga is as follows: You must cancel online with a 48 hour notice at which time Mindbody notes the time/date of cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation. If it was not at least 48 hours prior to class start time, the registration fee is forfeited and can not be refunded or used for another class. We strictly follow this cancellation policy due to the limited amount of silks and the popularity of the classes! Otherwise, we do not have enough time to fill spots from the wait list!

I’ve been bringing the kids out to aerial yoga for a few weeks now and they just LOVE it. I have so enjoyed watching their progress in such a short amount of time. Last night I decided to finally try out an adult class and I have to say this is way harder than it looks. The kids really make it look effortless, it is not. As challenging as it was, it felt great to push myself! Will definitely be going back for more. |
