FOUNDATIONSPerfect for those new to yoga, looking to deepen their practice, or rediscover the key postures and flow of yoga. We will explore the foundations of yoga with emphasis on alignment, building strength, increasing flexibility and developing confidence and experience to create a strong practice.

ALL LEVELS YOGA FLOWALL LEVELS WELCOME Think of "YOGA FLOW" as "FOUNDATIONS big sister. Very similar only we add a little more flow and keep you moving a little more. Amazing for building natural heat in the body. Great practice for all levels offering options for both beginners and for students ready to take a deeper variation of the asana allowing for a practice as challenging as each student wants it! |
RESTORERestorative Yoga is a slow all-levels class designed to balance an active practice or decompress after a stressful day by melting away stress and tension. Using props, softer postures are held for a longer period of time to initiate a deep relaxation of the body and mind.

YIN-RESTORE Yin-Restore is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are seated or reclined and commonly held anywhere from 2-5 minutes. This passive style of yoga is meant to delve deep into the connective tissue of your joints, to find the deep recesses in your body and your mind. Beginning with the yin and slowly moving into restorative, this class will open your heart, energize your body and leave you fully relaxed. Come absorb intention, mindful awareness, and the positive energy of this end of the week class.

YOGA FOR ATHLETESYoga For Athletes pulls the key components from all forms of fitness and combines them into one epic flow. Emphasis is on all the key components including balance, strength, flexibility, vitality and detox. If you’re ready for a work out to challenge every part of your body then this class is definitely for you. **All Levels = Some yoga experience helpful but also for the fit beginner |
LUNCH EXPRESSMEET US FOR LUNCH! Instead of eating at your desk, have lunch with us. This class is perfect for busy folks who want to sneak in a little flex, extend, flow, twist, and balance then get back to the office. This 45-minute class will start and end on time so you can get back to work feeling energized, de-stressed, and ready to tackle any afternoon challenges! Appropriate for the beginner with a few yoga classes under their belt to the intermediate yogi!

Vigorous Vinyasa and Vigorous Vinyasa express is for the beginner with some yoga experience to the advanced practitioner. A strong alignment flow that is perfect for those wanting to get fit, flexible, and get their sweat on! Let your mind quieten as your body enjoys a strong, flowing practice. The goal of this class is to be a doable but difficult flow that challenges students to their individual capacity.
