​Girl Scouts of Maine had a wonderful time with Andrea at Downtown Yoga and Healing Arts in our recent overnight program for middle school and high school girls. Andrea was an incredible motivational speaker.  She was completely in tune with the girls. She allowed everyone to be open and honest about fears and overcoming them without judgment. She spoke about stress and mindfulness in a way that everyone understood and you could see that she connected with them.  She took time to talk one on one and got to know a little about everyone. Miss Andrea was phenomenal through and through. You can tell she really loves what she does.
