200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training  ~ Scholarship & Program Application
     
    Thank you for your interest in DOWNTOWN YOGA & HEALING ARTS School and our scholarship program. Please read about our programs online before filling out this online application form. It is our intention at DTY to provide services to everyone interested in joining our programs regardless of their financial situation. We do this by awarding scholarships based primarily on need.   This is a combined Scholarship & Program Application. In addition to applying for a scholarship, you are also applying for the program. If accepted, you will be able to enroll right away.   Scholarships are $500 and we try to balance your needs with the resources of our studio.       If you have any questions or concerns about this application, feel free to call or email.   ​Applications for the 200-HR Teacher Training Program are individually reviewed. Submission of your application indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the requirements for the program. 
    Refund & Training Policies:  
    DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.  Refunds will be granted for 80% of total amount paid (minus $500 deposit) up to 7 days prior to the first scheduled training.  Closer than 7 days prior to first scheduled training date, no refunds will be given.  If student must withdraw temporarily due to emergency, a credit towards future training will be placed on students account for the prorated amount paid.

    *Student is liable for complete tuition payment(s) and or any legal fees regardless of course completeion.

    *    Books and Supplies or any required Workshop fees are at the cost of the student. Downtown Yoga does its absolute best in keeping these costs to a minimum for the student and offer scholarships for students having difficulty with book/supplies or workshop expenses.

    *DTY reserves the right to cancel this training if there are not enough attendees. Student would then be given 100% monetary refund. (note: this has yet to ever happen)  
    *DTY has the right to alter weekend dates/times due to emergency/weather.  
    *Completion of tuition payments and make up time are required before a signed certificate will be provided.
