Hi! I am Anandi Andrea. I am the owner/operator of Downtown Yoga & Healing Arts. Our mission at DTY is to help you live your best life!

About me:
First, I am a Mom to 2 amazing young men and little Miss Ganesha, our French Bulldog. I have been married for 24 years to Jason (who is an incredible massage therapist, book today!) I have a passion for helping people. I have completed my advanced teacher training in 2020 and graduating as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor in Fall 2021. I love aerial yoga! Usually you will find me in the silks at DTY.
